  • Prepare and administrate People & Culture Flight and Cabin Crew related documentation and records;
  • Assist People & Culture team in coordinating and administrating various people-related processes;
  • Be a friend/consultant/representative/listener for the whole Flight/Cabin crew personnel and potential team members;
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures;
  • Help in issuing reference/block hour letters for Flight and Cabin Crew members;
  • Coordinate Flight/Cabin crew Onboarding and Offboarding processes;
  • Comply with People & Culture department’s and the company’s mission by completing related results as required;
  • Be a part of an amazing People & Culture team and contribute to various initiatives to improve our people well-being.

MCC CONTROLLER

and long-term aircraft wet-leasing (ACMI) solutions and charter services. Our fleet currently is over 40 Airbus A320 family aircraft operating for
airline and tour operator clients in Europe, Americas and other regions.

Avion Express is looking for ambitious professionals to support expanding operations of the Company. The position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania.

ARE YOU READY TO?

  • Act as a primary contact for all daily technical questions and discrepancies;
  • Communicate with maintenance contractors, Flight and Cabin Crew, Maintenance and Operational departments and OEM;
  • Control the validity of daily/weekly checks and deferred defects;
  • React immediately and organize technical assistance and parts request in case of defects with a main target to maintain planned flights schedule;
  • Handle AOG events;
  • Administer and distribute A/C Status reports;
  • Administer incoming technical documentation;
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for maintenance, when required;
  • Record statistical data – major technical delays, cancellations and reasons for it, etc.;
  • Review, analyze and administer incoming parts requests, communicate with Material and Logistics team.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

  • Aeronautical university degree and/or minimum of one-year work experience in Part-145 and/or Part-M organizations;
  • Technical apprenticeship;
  • Flexibility and readiness for action;
  • Ability to work in a team;
  • Stress handling and multitasking;
  • Knowledge of technical processes and regulations;
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language (spoken and written);
  • Ability to work in day/night shifts.

  • Work on project reconciliations, follow contractual obligations of key accounts, and perform other commercial tasks.

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial/sales positions in B2B sales;
  • Proven sales track record;
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written;
