By submitting this request/claim you declare that you are aware that UAB “Avion Express”, company code 300087830, address: Dariaus ir Gireno st. 21A, LT-02189 Vilnius, Lithuania (hereinafter – the Company) will process your personal data in relation to your request/claim exclusively for dealing with your request/claim. Your personal data will be processed based on your consent, expressed while submitting personal data, however, in some cases the legal basis for the further processing of your data related to you request/claim may be the performance of legal obligations. Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties, except when the Company is obliged to do so for legal reasons/obligations (e.g. for the law enforcement, judicial or pre-trial institutions, government authorities, regulators, legal and other professional advisers, Partner airlines/Ground handling companies required to deal with your request/claim, etc.). The Company uses trusty third-party data processors to process personal data (data centers, cloud service, IT administrators, etc.). In this case, the Company ensures that the data processors comply with the obligations of confidentiality and adequate personal data protection. You have the following rights: (i) to request from the Company an access to the personal data processed; (ii)to request rectification of incorrect, inaccurate data, or completion of incomplete data; (iii) to request to remove your personal data, or to restrict the processing of your personal data when the personal data are processed without complying with the requirements of legislation, or on the grounds of another legal basis; (iv) to request a transfer of your personal data to another data controller or their direct provision in a form convenient to you ; (v) to withdraw the given consent to process your personal data at any time by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org; (vi) to file a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate, L. The Company must also consider periods for which it might need to retain personal data in order to meet legal obligations or to deal with complaints, queries and to protect the Company’s legal rights in the event of a claim being made. When your personal data is no longer needed, it will be securely deleted or destroyed.
